The EPPO Atlas contains country specific documents currently available to us.
We intend to add further relevant documents as they may become available.
[ Participating Member States ]
For the EU Member States participating in the establishment of the EPPO we included the notifications made by the Member State in accordance with Article 105(3) EPPO-Reg. on the applicability of EU instruments on judicial cooperation. The source of the individual texts is indicated on the respective page. We have also included Member States’ notifications in accordance with Article 117 EPPO-Reg. as they are published on the official EPPO website → www.eppo.europa.eu.
The Atlas also includes available texts of national ‚implementing’ legislation, i.e. national laws passed for the purpose of ensuring an effective application of the EPPO Regulation in that Member State. The source of these documents are the respective official journals or other government websites.
And we have included the texts of any working arrangements between the EPPO and national authorities of participating Member States as published on the official EPPO website.
We have also included the texts of national ‚implementing’ legislation, i.e. national laws passed for the purpose of ensuring an effective application of the EPPO Regulation in that Member State. The source of these documents are the respective official journals or other government websites.
[ Non-Participating Member States ]
In case of EU Member States not participating in the establishment of the EPPO the pages include the texts of working arrangements between national authorities and the EPPO as published on the EPPO website. The Atlas also contains available texts of any national legislation concerning the cooperation of national authorities with the EPPO.
[ Other countries ]
In case of third countries, the pages include the texts of any working arrangements between national authorities and the EPPO as published on the EPPO website. The Atlas also contains available texts of any bilateral treaties as well as national legislation concerning the cooperation of national authorities with the EPPO. The list of countries as well as the content of the pages will be supplemented as documents become available.
