In accordance with Article 105(3) EPPO-Reg the (participating) Member States are obliged to notify the EPPO as competent authority for the purpose of application of EU instruments on judicial cooperation. The majority of notifications have been made towards the General Secretariat of the Council and are contained in the frequently updated Council document 10644/21. Notifications in respect of some instruments have been made to the Commission and are published on the website of the EJN (→ www.ejn-crimjust.europa.eu).
