The EPPO-LEX website is the result of a private initiative and is intended to assist legal practioners and researchers in their work with the EPPO Regulation and other relevant legal documents. Core of EPPO-LEX is an → Annotated Regulation, containing the text of the EPPO Regulation enhanced with links to other relevant documents as well as editorial remarks. EPPO-LEX also contains an → Introduction to the EPPO Regulation, a → Document Library as well as an → EPPO Atlas, containing country specific informationas and a → Directory on Relevant Literature.
The EPPO-LEX ‚Annotated Regulation‘ contains the full text of all articles of the EPPO Regulation together with links to relevant recitals of the EPPO Regulation as well as the text of relevant provisions of the EPPO’s internal Rules of Procedures, links to other relevant EU legal acts and EPPO College Decisions and other editorial annotations.
The Introduction provides a short overview of the EPPO Regulation and the legislative process leading to its adoption. The text is an amended version of the Introduction given in the EPPO Commentary published by Nomos in cooperation with Beck and Hart.
A collection of EU legal acts relevant for the EPPO as well as published decisions by the EPPO College and decisions by the Court of Justice of the EU concerning the EPPO.
The EPPO Atlas contains country specific documents such as national legislation, working arrangements with the EPPO and the notifications under Article 117 EPPO-Regulation.
This curated bibliography contains legal literature with a specific focus on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
